As the CEO of the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC), I lead a member-driven not-for-profit organization that supports and develops over 550 privately owned career colleges across Canada. With over 30 years of progressive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in government relations, strategic communications, business development, product management, mentorship, cyber security, and community engagement.

My mission is to drive innovation and change within the career college industry by delivering successful business transformations through effective strategies, programs, and initiatives. I am passionate about developing talent and fostering engagement, and I have a proven track record of engaging diverse stakeholders and delivering solutions that drive business performance improvements in competitive environments. I am also committed to advancing reconciliation education and social responsibility, as evidenced by my recent certification from the First Nations University of Canada.
